Surfs Up Welcome Reception

We designed and produced a Surfs Up Themed Reception highlighting some of the best food in Huntington Beach! This event was held at Pacific City on the Surf Theater Deck and was all about incorporating Surf City USA elements while showcasing Pacific City's diverse and scrumptious food scene. 

For decor, we brought in retro-inspired, surf theme pillows, and rugs to enhance the existing lounge sets. We decorated tables with bud vases and palm leaves, white votives, and mini custom-painted surfboards. Signage around the space was displayed on custom-made surfboards on bamboo stands.  

 The photo booth craft station offered guests the opportunity to attach their photo to a decorated surfboard fin as a souvenir picture frame. During the event, the Surf City Allstars featuring Dean Torrence performed classic beach hits!

Now for the best part, THE FOOD: 

We partnered with Old Crow, BlueGold, LSXO, Lemonade, Four Sons Brewing, and Gelateria Zomolo to offer guests a taste of the best dishes from each restaurant.
