 Here at Modern Millennial, we are entrepreneurs and  innovators driven by a shared passion for hospitality,  wanderlust, design, and extraordinary events. As a full-service  destination management and event planning company, we  specialize in transforming your event vision into reality.

  Designing is her passion, and logistics is her superpower. With 17 years of  experience in hotel, destination, and program management, Sarah is the  ultimate planning powerhouse. She’s known for her sharp eye for detail,  masterful organization, and innovative ideas that elevate every project. When  she’s not orchestrating events or designing flawless proposals, Sarah enjoys  unwinding with a good book, chasing her toddler on playground adventures,  or crushing it at F45 classes. 

Brittney Reilly

Director of Sales and Marketing

  

 A natural-born connector with a passion for crafting unforgettable events,  Brittney brings 10 years of experience in luxury resort sales and destination  management to the table. She’s the go-to for building relationships and tackling  challenges head-on. Whether strategizing with clients or networking at industry  soirées, Brittney’s energy and drive are unmatched. Off the clock, you’ll find her  exploring the great outdoors with her family, chasing after a spirited toddler, or  powering through a session at Orangetheory.

Megan Palmer

Event Operations Manager


Megan is the queen of details and a master of making magic happen. With over 8 years of experience in travel planning, event  communications, and employee engagement, she’s your go-to for turning visions into unforgettable experiences. Armed with a go getter attitude and a flair for creativity, Megan doesn’t just plan events—she creates moments that matter. When she’s not busy making  things happen at work, you’ll find her hosting wine-and-charcuterie nights, playing sous chef in the kitchen, or finding balance in group  strength classes and yoga.

Kaitlin Sullivan

 Event Planner & Designer 


 Kaitlin brings creativity and problem-solving skills to the table! Her background in designing and building custom signage for weddings  allows her artistic talents to shine. With a degree in English from UCLA, she pairs her creative vision with meticulous attention to detail,  making her an asset in planning and executing seamless events. Living in Los Angeles with her partner, Kaitlin enjoys puzzles, painting, and  unwinding with a good Old Fashioned. She’s passionate about finding beauty in the mundane and thrives on creating meaningful experiences for others. 

On-Site Event Managers

  Our on-site event managers are the ultimate pros,  running the show from setup to tear down. Whether  it’s an event, managing activities, coordinating  transportation, or saving the day with a last-minute  fix, they make it all look effortless (and fabulous).
