Full Immersive San Diego Incentive Program

This client program fully immersed guests into San Diego. Kicking off the program, guests were able to select to do one of the following activities: San Diego Zoo Day, Shot Gun Golf Tournament, Kayaking Tour off Coronado Island, Whale Watching Excursion, or a Trolley Tour of historic San Diego neighborhoods. 

Following their full-day excursion, attendees were treated to an evening of entertainment during their Welcome Reception on the USS Midway. During the Welcome Reception, guests were able to enjoy simulators, docent tours, and Battle at Midway Movie on the hangar level. The big party was up on the Flight Deck where we had food stations, docent tours, access to the dozens of aircraft, and DJ Ricky Rocks took the stage with his drumming DJ set! 

On the last day, we produced the closing party over at one of downtown San Diego's newest venues, Portside Pier. We had a buy-out of the entire venue and each restaurant stayed true to its cuisine type to provide guests with an authentic Taste of San Diego event. In addition to delicious food, we had digital caricature artists, a roaming photo booth, hot sauce tasting from a local San Diego hot sauce company, and beer tasting at Ketch Brewing for people to enjoy. 

We love designing and producing events that allow out-of-town attendees and clients experience our local communities. California, especially San Diego, is a great incentive destination offering beautiful landscapes and plenty of opportunities for attendee engagement.
