Ojai Multi-Day Incentive Trip
This client’s incentive trip took place at the Ojai Valley Inn, hosting 170 attendees. We designed, planned, and produced two unforgettable events: the Honky Tonk Welcome Party and the French Countryside Closing Dinner.
Day One
The Honky Tonk Welcome Reception and Dinner was held at the Farmhouse, featuring a vibrant western theme. Design elements included a grand entrance with marquee letters, custom table and bar designs, and hay bales transformed into cozy couches, paired with curated event rentals. Western accents were thoughtfully incorporated throughout the space. Guests enjoyed a live country band, a custom cowboy hat and branding bar, and an old-time photo op with a professional stylist.

Day Two
The Closing Dinner, inspired by the French countryside, was hosted on the Orchard Lawn. We created stunning pergolas adorned with rattan lanterns, strung string lights overhead, and arranged seating with King's tables and additional round tables for a dynamic layout.
