Napa Valley Incentive Program

This program was kicked off with a welcome dinner in an oak tree grove at the Silverado Resort. To complement the grassy environment, we designed the decor to feel like dining al fresco in the Tuscan countryside. We custom made arched bar backs for each of our wine stations, where guests could taste wine from local wineries and have perfectly complimented bites to eat. Calligraphers were there to personalize custom wine bottles for each of the guests, adding a special element to the evening.

The following evening's event took place at Brasswood Cellars, where we created a polished rustic look with wood kings tables, soft white chairs, and lots of florals that look just-picked from a garden. We used Brasswood's Sensory Tasting Room for their Globe Experience, their brick pizza oven, and their large modern bar. Because there were so many locations to visit while at this venue, we created custom wood signs and watercolor maps to help guide the guests through the evening.

The final evening of the trip took place at Inglenook Winery, where history and elegance are all around. To complement the ivy covered walls and European-inspired grounds, we designed the decor to feel like old-school Italian charm meets autumn. Fall colors were the staple, found in our linens, custom menus places at each setting, florals, and lounges. For entertainment, there was an artist doing custom portraits, oyster shucking, champagne sabering, and a live band.

Throughout the three days, we coordinated and managed activities and excursions for the 300+ guest group. Some of these activities include wine tastings at top Napa wineries, foodie tours, golfing, speedway racing, and horseback riding.
