Multi-Day Medical Meeting

This client's program was held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Anaheim. The program kicked off with a Welcome Reception at RISE Rooftop at The Westin Anaheim Resort that we planned and produced. 

After a day full of meetings on Day 2, we transported guests to Bolsa Chica State Beach for a blowout Beach Bonfire Party. We transformed the blank canvas beach and added fencing, string lighting, tables, chairs, lounges, food stations, firepit areas, a stage, power from a generator, restroom trailer, custom 4 ft X 10 ft sandcastle, and a designated dance floor created with string lights.
 

Food stations managed by PRJKT Group Catering consisted of a Fish Taco Bar, Pulled Pork Station, Side Station with Mac Salad, Island Rice, and Green Salad, Skewers Station with Chicken and Pineapple + Coconut Shrimp, Fruit Display, Dessert Display and S'mores Station. 

On Day 3, the group was broken up where half the group enjoyed Disneyland and California Adventure while the other group did a Duffy Boat Scavenger Hunt followed by Dinner at Red O. Lastly, we supported the client with shuttling guests to the airport on departure day.
