Multi-Day Incentive Program

We supported this client with their Incentive Program at Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad. A Beach Themed Welcome Reception kicked off the program. Design and Decor included a trendy coral, orange, and blue color palate on linen and centerpieces. We mixed rounds with rectangle wood tables as well as brought in a Crescent Bar, Lounge Cabanas, Highboys and some Beach Props. We had Soundwaves band playing beachy and top 40 tunes, as well as a shaved ice cart serving up a boozy, refreshing treat.
 

Day 2 kicked off with activities for the group. While some guests stayed on property for spa and golf, others joined on either on a Guided E-Bike Tour of Solana Beach, A North County San Diego Brewery Tour, a Pickball Tournament, or a Watersports Day at the Carlsbad Lagoon.
 

For the closing dinner, we transformed the Avalon and Laviana Terrace into a vibrant Fiesta! Reception decor included themed lounges, mini cacti highboy centerpieces, custom bar design, and fiesta props placed around the space. Dinner design and decor featured a mix of pattern black and white linen with turquoise linen, vibrant napkins with complementing centerpieces and votives, and hanging Papel Picado strands. For entertainment and experiences, we had a 14 piece all women Latin Orchestra to bring the fiesta energy, a churro bar and Aura Photobooth.
