Leadership Conference + Global Sales Conference

We supported this client with 2 back-to-back programs, their Senior Leadership and Global Sales Conference, at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach.

During the Senior Leadership Program, we managed their Surfboard Build CSR activity and designed a vibrant Beach Party on Huntington City Beach in partnership with the Hyatt Regency. We handled all necessary infrastructure, including fencing, lighting, tenting, rentals, catering, dumpsters, waste and recycling management, power, and staging. The event design embraced endless summer vibes with a bright color palette and playful beach-themed decor. Highlights included the Soda Shack Bar, an interactive s’mores station, live music by the Sound Waves Band, and sandcastle artists creating a one-of-a-kind photo opportunity.

Immediately following, we supported the Global Sales Conference with multiple days of dine-arounds throughout Huntington Beach, coordinating a total of 24 dining experiences over the course of the multi-day event. Additionally, we provided  ground transportation and airport transfers for international attendees for both programs.
