This Company Incentive Retreat at Terranea Resort began with a relaxed yet elevated Welcome Reception on the Catalina Lawn, designed around a classic Country Club theme. Hunter green plaid linens set the tone, paired effortlessly with dark navy hues, crisp white florals, and green table lamps that added a warm, inviting glow. Guests enjoyed friendly competition with curated lawn games scattered throughout the space. A 16-foot, half-rectangle statement bar anchored the evening, backed by lush hedging, while the opposite side of the greenery doubled as a photo opportunity, complete with custom signage. As the sun set over the coastline, guests danced the night away to the smooth sounds of a Yacht Rock band.

The following evening, the guests were transported to the Amalfi Coast on the Palos Verdes Terrace with a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired design. Long king tables were dressed in blue-and-yellow striped linens, layered with monochromatic floral arrangements and glowing taper candles for a refined yet cheerful tablescape. A live Italian Pop Band set the ambiance, filling the terrace with effortless energy. At the heart of the event, a custom half-circle bar wrapped around a central tree, while a spritz cart served refreshing Italian cocktails throughout the evening. Thoughtfully styled lounges and a themed photo opportunity completed the experience.
