Cowboy Company Social

 We supported this client with their 3rd Quarter Company Social, creating a memorable experience for employees. For this event, we sourced Westwood Tavern as the venue and managed all catering needs. Embracing the venue’s ambiance, we designed a western-themed celebration complete with thoughtful details and engaging activities.

We incorporated marquee letters as a striking stage backdrop and created a welcoming entrance moment. A live embroiderer personalized hats and bandanas with custom stitching and patches, while an old-time photo setup featuring western-themed props and wardrobe allowed attendees to dress up with guidance from a professional stylist.

The event came alive with a live country rock band and a line dancing instructor who got everyone moving. To further enhance the space, we added themed floral arrangements and custom signage that tied everything together seamlessly.
